We collect information you provide directly to us, including: • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account. • Listing information: home details, photos, pricing, and contact preferences when you submit a listing. • Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content when you contact us. • Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. • Communications: emails and messages you send to us or to other users through the Platform. We also collect information automatically when you use the Platform, including: • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, and time spent on the Platform. • Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address. • Cookies and similar tracking technologies: used to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze Platform usage.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform. • Process your listing submissions and payments. • Send you transactional emails (listing confirmations, inquiries from buyers, etc.). • Send you service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications. • Respond to your questions and support requests. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service. • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform. • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances: • With other users: your listing information (including contact details you choose to display) is visible to buyers browsing the Platform. • With service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate the Platform (payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually required to protect your information. • With lenders and movers: if you use our Lender Match or Movers tools and submit a contact request, your information is shared with the provider you selected. We disclose referral relationships where they exist. • For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of NestClearly or its users. • In a business transfer: if NestClearly is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. We categorize them as follows: Essential Cookies (Always Active) These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They include your authentication session cookie, security tokens, and cookie consent preferences. You cannot disable these without losing access to core features. Retention: session duration (24 hours, refreshed on activity). Analytics Cookies (Opt-In) With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Platform. This includes pages visited, time on site, and interaction patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. Retention: up to 26 months. Marketing Cookies (Opt-In) With your consent, we may use cookies to measure the effectiveness of our communications and provide relevant content. We retain your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password for your NestClearly account and not sharing your login credentials with others.

NestClearly does not sell your personal information. Your access, pricing, and service quality will not be affected. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to 90 days total). NestClearly is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
